Product Marketing Manager

• Assigned products: Serres Saga Fluid Management System inc. device, labelling and associated accessories and disposables
• Maintain constant focus on understanding & communicating customers’ environment, trends, needs and requirements
• Monitor competition, report findings
• Train, motivate and provide continuous support to the internal and distributors’ local sales teams to get the assigned products adopted and used
• Responsible for training material and use guides of the assigned products (exc. Operator’s Manual, IFUs and service-related documentation)
• Responsible for clinical evaluation update of assigned products (in line with Post Market Surveillance activities)
• Support local product trials and share best practices for trial and usage
• Main point of contact for sales and marketing
• Provide input for commercial launch planning and the development of sales and marketing tools
• Participate in local congresses and exhibitions to promote the assigned products and create leads
• Develop and implement ways to regularly get customers’ feedback
• Participate in developing processes and tools for customer feedback collection, and analysis
• Initiate product/solution ideas to address customer demands and/or needs
• Active member assigned in product development projects
• Participate in Voice of Customer activities in collaboration with Product Manager
• Responsible for Clinical evaluation
• Responsible for product training and associated material
• Responsible for providing input for launch planning and development of marketing tools
• Participate in achieving the Product Group sales and profit targets
• Participate to strategy implementation, roadmap definition, annual budget & action planning

• Clinical background
• Knowledge of hospital environment and especially operating theatres environment & processes
• Knowledge of clinical irrigation, suction and associated liquid management
• Knowledge about medical devices and labelling regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of product development project phases
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent training & presentation skills
• Excellent written & oral skills in English at least

• Role requires plenty of contacts with end-customers, sales channels & other stakeholders.
• Good performance demands ability to be on the field, question & listen, analyze complex situations, motivate others and efficiently communicate findings.
• Needs to be service minded and gives support to the sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Role requires good organizational skills.
• Readiness to travel abroad (at least 1/3 of working time) and flexible hours.
• Is in front line, being the face of the company through regular contacts with sales channels & end-customers.
• Has a key role in the commercial success of the assigned products.
