Sales Supervisor

Life Science / Diagnostics

Sarstedt is a leading manufacturer of laboratory and medical equipment. To lead and expand the
Norwegian market we are now looking for a Sales Supervisor. Besides own sale activity’s and account management you will also lead and support a dedicated team. The Norwegian office is located in Oslo where the other account managers and sales support works. You report to Head of Nordic Operations based in Sweden



KEY ACTIVITIES:

· Supervise, support and train Account Managers
· Development and effective management of key accounts and key opinion leaders
· Visit existing and new customers / key accounts
· Proactive identification and development of new business opportunities
· Continued development in product and service quality
· Compile and forward relevant customer, competitor and product information
· Coordinate and participate in trade exhibitions and sales meetings
· Increase sales volume and product mix by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends,
economic indicators and competitors
· Ensure
that all sales activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demand and ethical standards
· Comply with all company policies and procedures


EXPECTATIONS:


To be successful in this job we think that you have a background from a similar company and with good knowledge about Life Science and Diagnostic. You are well organized, self-confident and have great leader potential. You have a proven track record as a sales person and furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and are a good listener.
